MDINA is a superior rural house located in Fernán Pérez-Níjar, in the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, Almería, the only maritime-terrestrial park in Andalusia.
The complex features a main house and a separate apartment house, surrounded by gardens, terraces, and a pool. The main building houses three very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all with separate entrances from the pool area. From the north terrace, you can access the interior common areas, which include several lounges with a fireplace, a library, and a bar, providing a unique space to relax and enjoy the house. The central courtyard captivates with its orange trees and cacti. On the other side of the pool is the apartment house, completely independent from the main building, with two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a private terrace, and a barbecue area. Pets are not allowed.
In Mdina, you can enjoy rural nature, peace, and tranquility, surrounded by beautiful gardens, cozy corners, and intimate terraces. Mdina is a private sanctuary, where the hospitality, familiarity, and comfort of the place will allow you to disconnect from the real world.

From the house, surrounded by a fortress-like wall, you can enjoy the natural park and its unique sunsets. While the children are in the pool or on the playground, adults can relax and enjoy the views, read a book in the living room, or sunbathe by the pool. A delicious buffet breakfast is served every morning in the living room overlooking the mountains of the natural park.
